We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery under the shared Targon LLC store policy. Please include your order number and contact us before sending goods, so we can provide the correct destination. The item should be in the condition received, with its packaging and proof of purchase. Reasonable inspection is allowed.
UK consumers can cancel an online purchase by telling us within 14 days of delivery, then returning the goods within the following 14 days. You do not need to give a reason. This statutory right does not depend on return approval.
For a valid UK cancellation, we refund the purchase price and our least expensive standard outbound delivery charge to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of their return. Handling beyond reasonable inspection may reduce the refund.
You pay direct return costs for a change of mind unless we agree otherwise. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect goods. Contact us promptly with your order number and, where helpful, photographs.
Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights. For purchases through Amazon or another retailer, use the support route supplied with that order.
